Yes, we offer a full range of immunizations and vaccinations during primary care visits. Whether you need routine vaccines, flu shots, or travel vaccines, we can administer them and ensure you’re up to date according to CDC guidelines.
You can use Sutter’s My Health Online website or the mobile app to request an appointment, send secure messages, view lab results or schedule video calls.
You can request a copy of your medical records by contacting our office directly. You’ll need to fill out a medical records release form, which can be obtained in person at our office or through our website. Please provide a valid ID and specify the records you need.

For prescription refills, you can contact our office directly, use the patient portal, or ask your pharmacy to send a refill request. Please allow a few days for the refill process, especially if your medication requires a doctor’s review.
 
The purpose of a preoperative evaluation is not to “clear” patients for elective surgery, but rather to evaluate and, if necessary, implement measures to prepare higher risk patients for surgery. Pre-operative outpatient medical evaluation can decrease the length of hospital stay as well as minimize postponed or cancelled surgeries. Dr. Takhar can perform complete assessment including tests such as an EKG.
